With our 2026 goals in mind, we are looking for a Enterprise Account Executive.

About the Role

Enterprise Account Executive is a customer-facing position in the sales team, responsible for renewing existing contracts with customers, growing load testing projects and long‑term relationships, and prospecting new opportunities within the customer environment. The account executive helps customers to achieve their goals with our products, drive product adoption, enhance customer experience, and achieve a fast and reliable client satisfaction.

The account executives are handling customer success processes and are the primary contacts from our customers to the product and engineering teams.

Reporting to Gatling's Chief Revenue Officer, what will you do?

  • Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer , focusing on contract health, product adoption, revenue impact, and end‑user satisfaction with Gatling.
  • Develop a customer‑centric mindset and empathetic approach , balancing business outcomes with genuine concern for customer success and long‑term relationship.
  • Consultative selling : Identify customer's business goals and challenges, current setup and technical limitations, possible solutions, and assist with expert implementation guidance and operational best practices to transform the load testing framework of customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process (research, prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, closing, order processing, onboarding, day‑to‑day customer requests, etc.)
  • Cross‑functional collaboration : Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to improve product, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Market and competitive Intelligence : Help keep updated with our product roadmap, features request and competitors battlecards.
Your Profile
  • 6+ years in a customer‑facing role focused on post‑sales adoption, value realization and advocacy within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
  • Energetic, upbeat, agile, tenacious and team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, online, in writing) and adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • You speak English fluently . You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You love solving technical problems and thrive on bringing creative solutions to our customers.
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop your sales skills in a fast‑growing tech company.
Strong Bonus if you
  • Have experience with open source technologies, or testing, DevSecOps or observability concepts, practices and tooling.
  • Have worked with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Speak French (Gatling is a French company).
Further information
  • Type of contract : Permanent contract. Fixed‑day basis at 218 days.
  • Gross salary : Competitive salary based on experience and skillset - between 50K and 70K.
  • Compensation plan : Competitive variable based on individual targets - between 15K and 30K.
  • Location : Paris area (preferred) or hybrid remote in France.

  • A 90‑min case study interview with Antoine, the CRO and Paul‑Henri, the CEO to evaluate your hard and soft skills.
  • Final discussion if you've received an offer.
