The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (Energy Supply Chain Consultant) to join our team and lead the solutioning and delivery of complex cloud projects that address our customers' most challenging business problems.

Role Overview: In this role, you will combine industry expertise, consulting skills, and technical understanding with strong project leadership skills to deliver business value through successful AWS-based solutions. You will facilitate business discussions, ensure alignment with customer outcomes, and work closely with architecture and technical teams to make informed trade-offs considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead supply chain transformation conversations across all energy domains.
2. Support innovative thinking to drive business outcomes.
3. Design and deliver digital technology-based business transformation programs.
4. Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
5. Build strategic relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
6. Develop expertise in AWS services and best practices to guide strategic planning.
7. Lead and mentor project teams within the supply chain domain.
8. Partner with sales to identify future roadmaps and accelerate customer innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering (preferably Energy Management), or Computer Science.
• 10+ years professional experience, including at least 4 years in supply chain disciplines and business transformation.
• Proven consulting experience from ideation to value realization.
• Technical implementation experience in energy supply chains.
• Ability to manage projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Understanding of cloud concepts and AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner).
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon/electric supply chains and core supply chain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI, optimization, and machine learning applications in supply chains.
