A leading data and AI company is looking for an Account Executive in Paris to sell SaaS/Cloud and Big Data solutions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a strategy-focused sales approach, and fluency in English and French. You will create and implement successful sales strategies, exceed revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting the company's Data Intelligence Platform. This role offers significant career growth potential in a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

As an Account Executive at Databricks, you come with relevant experience selling to Mid Market ($250 - $1B revenue) and Digital Native accounts in France. As a successful candidate you are a self-starter who understands the consumption sales process. You know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.

  • Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
  • Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
What we look for:
  • 3-5 years of closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data solutions to Mid Market Customers in France. (Digital Native experience is highly desirable)
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
