A global eyewear company seeks a skilled marketing professional with over 8 years of experience to lead marketing strategy for Nikon and Kodak brands. The role involves product innovation, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing in-store experiences. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the marketing mix and demonstrate capability in managing teams effectively.

Strategic development
Define and roll out the marketing roadmap for Nikon, Kodak, and the Mainstream offer across 7 key geographies (France, Italy, Iberia, North, DACH, East, META).
Drive growth, profitability, and competitiveness of Partner Brands and Mainstream segments.
Identify new business opportunities (private label, trade brands) in a complex, multi-network environment.
Enhance synergies with other categories (instruments, frames, Transitions, digital solutions, medical approach).
Local execution & business performance
Support and challenge local teams to ensure best-in-class marketing plans and portfolio management.
Work with Key Account Directors to strengthen positions in major accounts and tenders.
Monitor business performance: sales tracking, market share, and corrective action plans.
More specifically on the Mainstream business: Lead product innovation to maintain a competitive portfolio; ensure fast execution of strategic decisions with EMEA management and Key Account teams.
Team based in HQ in Paris: 1 to 2 Brand Managers + 1 interim.
