Qualifications

What You’ll Do
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations and payments
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
  • High-Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards
What You’ll Bring
  • Language Skills: C1 / C2 level of Dutch and good level of English

  • Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
