An innovative entertainment company located in Paris is seeking an HR Supervisor to partner with management in implementing recruitment strategies and managing employee development programs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have a strong HR background with at least 4 years of supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include innovating recruitment processes and fostering a positive company culture. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to innovate and implement recruitment strategies and streamline the SUMMIT Paris hiring process.
  • Manage employee development programs to support professional growth, aiming to sustain employee retention.
  • Implement performance management processes that accurately assess and support employee progress.
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop specific career paths for every role at SUMMIT, providing clear growth trajectories for all employees.
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with SUMMIT Entertainment Ventures' values.
  • Address employee concerns and issues, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
  • Providing a consultative approach to any People Experience-related issues, working with department heads and key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day People Experience operations, including legal issues, contracts, salary payments, People Experience accounting, special requests, and People Experience tools, ensuring smooth and efficient People Experience processes.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions, professional forums, and other relevant entities to recruit.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate University License or degree required.
  • Must be fluent in French, English, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Evidence of strong career progression accustomed to working in a French or European HR setting.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR supervisory role. Comprehensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines, including recruitment, payroll, legal issues, training, employer branding, and more.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of uniting the team around HR initiatives and fostering a supportive work culture.
  • Ideally, candidates will have worked in a global or large-scale organization or matrix environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
