A leading multinational company is seeking a Digital Sales Enablement Projects Lead to accelerate its digital transformation across the EMEA region. This role requires managing projects that enhance customer engagement and sales efficiency. Candidates should have proven experience in digital project management and a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools. The position involves regular travel within the EMEA region to support local teams in their digital initiatives. Fluency in English is essential.

As a Digital Sales Enablement Projects Lead you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Camfil ’s digital transformation journey across the EMEA region. You will work closely with local country teams to plan, implement, and optimize digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement, sales efficiency, and business performance.

Your focus will be on enabling adoption and value creation from new digital tools and processes — spanning marketing automation, CRM workflows, customer journey improvements, and eCommerce platform developments.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, digital solution owners, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, alignment with local needs, and measurable impact on sales and customer experience.

You will travel regularly (20-25%) to our EMEA locations to support local stakeholders in their digital transformation journey.

What you will do :
  • Manage and coordinate digital sales enablement projects across EMEA markets from concept to launch.
  • Translate global digital strategies into local implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams.
  • Support local markets in adopting and optimizing new digital tools and workflows, such as CRM enhancements and lead management workflows; marketing automation campaigns; eCommerce feature rollouts; sales enablement dashboards and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user adoption across platforms.
  • Act as a change champion, promoting best practices in digital sales processes.
  • Develop training materials, onboarding sessions, and communication plans to support adoption.
  • Gather and share success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across countries.
  • Serve as the main contact point between the central digital transformation team and local market teams; work with vendors and internal technical partners to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Report project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior management.
What you will bring to this role :
  • Proven experience in digital project management, digital sales enablement, or marketing operations — ideally in a multinational B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation (e.g. Click Dimensions or Microsoft Customer InsightsJourneys), and eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple countries or business units.
  • Experience in change management and training facilitation; proven track record of driving adoption and measurable results through digital initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Collaborative, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
