Overview
Honoré Gaming is seeking a dedicated professional to take full ownership of digital marketing initiatives across multiple African markets, with potential expansion into LATAM. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition for diverse clients by developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each market. This role demands a results-oriented individual with the expertise to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and adapt strategies to meet client-specific goals and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, acquire leads, and support retention across digital channels. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and alignment with business goals.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media strategies to boost brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. Oversee content creation and scheduling to support acquisition and retention.
- Casino Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to market and promote casino offerings. Design campaigns to attract and retain players, highlighting the casino\'s unique selling points.
- Visibility And Performance Management: Ensure the visibility of websites and improve performance on search engines to drive user traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance indicators provided by Eloïse (conversion rate, average bet, revenue, margin, customer value, etc.) and implement innovative solutions for continuous campaign performance improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget across different channels with a focus on return on investment.
- Vendor And Influencer Negotiation: Research and negotiate the best deals with service providers and influencers (affiliation and sponsorship).
- Collaboration With Country Specialists: Work with country specialists to obtain various contacts, assess the relevance of targeted service providers, and monitor campaigns.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage the budget for all activities.
- Reporting: Draft and present reports on budgeted activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement in managed activities.
- Innovation Monitoring: Stay updated on innovations in acquisition marketing and implement actions following a "test and learn" approach.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing Strategy in the iGaming field in Africa.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analytics and social media management.
- Strong experience in iGaming Product Marketing.
- Knowledge of iGaming Industry.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong English and French language ability.
- One-hour video conference with the head of marketing.
