About the role

As part of our growth, Carrier is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and deploy innovative digital projects aimed at:
• increasing brand awareness,
• driving sales growth,
• improving productivity and digital efficiency.

You will act as a key driver of digital transformation, proposing and delivering new projects while mobilizing all necessary internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Project Management
  • Propose and deploy new digital services, tools, and projects.
  • Design and implement projects that provide users with new services and digital experiences, with the objective of embedding digital practices customer behavior.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: needs collection, scoping, deployment, and follow‑up.
Coordination & Delivery
  • Act as an orchestrator for project deployment across the entire value chain, working closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, IT, digital, agencies, external providers).
  • Take ownership of project organization, including the creation and management of websites and landing pages in collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners.
Performance & Reporting
  • Contribute to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Provide regular reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.
Benchmarking, Training & Communication
  • Conduct competitive and market benchmarking to identify new digital practices and strategies.
  • Clearly explain and simplify digital project challenges to ensure engagement and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with the Group’s ESG policies (Environmental, Social, Governance, Diversity, Compliance, Sustainable Development).
  • Ensure consistency between actions, departmental strategy, and the Group’s values (ethics, HR).
  • Respect HSE requirements, identify potential risks, and escalate when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, performance, and ways of working.
  • Propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and results.
Profile Requirements
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital project management and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong ability to manage cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex digital topics.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results‑oriented mindset.
