Step into Ubisoft's Data Office, a 350-member team turning data into real-time decisions that enhance our games and player experiences.

You will join the Game Business Performance Data Domain whose main goal is to provide live analytics and tracking tools to production teams regarding game activity and monetization.

This growing team is looking for a Data Analyst to assist with the following responsibilities :

Responsibilities
  • Support production teams in monitoring performance indicators (ARM: acquisition retention and monetization) and in providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Create, develop and automate reports for monetization managers.
  • Design a common framework of tools for in‑game activity analysis.
  • Provide benchmarks and performance evaluation of ARM compared to other Ubisoft games and past performance.
  • Use data from the entire Ubisoft catalog to obtain strategic insights for the lifecycle of our games.
  • In collaboration with our Data Science team, develop advanced analytical features such as outlier detection, causal inference and pattern recognition in time series.
  • In collaboration with our Data Science team, assist external teams with ARM forecasting.
  • In collaboration with our Data Strategy teams, participate in the development and execution of the group's Data strategy.
  • In collaboration with our Data Strategy teams, contribute to defining KPIs related to game performance and activity.
Qualifications
  • Very good knowledge of the gaming industry and its driving trends at the market & gameplay level.
  • Background in data analysis or statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly valued.
  • Passion for gaming, enabling success and delivering meaningful insights and results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all types of stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex analyses into clear actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of a programming language (such as Python or R) is a plus.
