Description du poste

We are looking for a Data Administrator who will ensure accurate and efficient management of our real estate listings within your assigned market. You will play a key role in maintaining our database, supporting internal teams, and building strong relationships with partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the office listings database for your designated sector: monthly updates, creation of new listings, modifications and corrections, archiving obsolete listings
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner agencies - Respond to requests regarding updates to NEWMARK listings, Maintain daily communication with consultants, documentation teams, and external partners
  • Update all relevant data fields: Addresses, Companies, Contacts
  • Support internal teams by tracking searches and coordinating partner invitations
  • Distribute listings, share property search requests, and send invitations to partner agencies
  • Process incoming requests from partner agencies
  • Conduct regular monitoring of professional real estate publications (Flash M², Business Immo, CFNEWS, etc.)
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Information Management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Outstanding spelling, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Reliable, committed, dynamic, and highly motivated
  • Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English
