Your Day-to-Day
  • As a Customer Experience Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media). Your mission: deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.
  • Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
  • Engage across multiple communication channels
  • Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
  • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care
  • Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus
  • Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience? Even better!
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
