A dynamic marketing company in Lyon is seeking a Customer Expansion partner to drive growth and retention within its client base. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris offices.
As a Customer Expansion partner on the Customer Success department, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and retention of our client base. You will be responsible for evaluating existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsells and cross‑sells, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels to ensure retention. This role demands a proactive approach to relationship management, with a keen focus on leveraging customer feedback and data to drive business outcomes.
