Job Description
The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for optimizing the utilization and performance of the Med Planet panel, ensuring that quantitative and qualitative projects are delivered within the provided budget and timelines.
It is the responsibility of the Custom Recruitment Coordinator to identify and deploy custom recruitment solutions to maximize the successful delivery of qualitative and quantitative projects for Med Planet and cross-divisional projects where M3 MR group companies access the Med Planet Panel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies for allocated projects, including email campaigns, cold calling, desk research, text messages, online advertisements, referral schemes, forums, blogs, patient groups, associations networks, and social media.
- Attend IKO and project-related meetings with PMs for assigned projects and share notes on the agreed plan of action.
- Call, schedule, confirm, and rescreen respondents recruited for qualitative projects.
- Ensure confirmation letters and consent forms are sent and follow up with respondents if needed.
- Achieve daily call and strike rate targets.
- Review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
- Monitor project performance and ensure recruitment plans are executed within client timelines.
- Proactively plan, organize, and implement project and panel recruitment solutions to maximize internal resources, reduce outsourcing costs, and ensure project delivery.
- Analyze and evaluate recruitment tactics post-implementation to improve results.
- Provide feedback on project feasibility based on market intelligence gathered from respondents.
- Support respondents professionally via telephone and email/support tickets.
- Handle administrative tasks related to fieldwork recruitment, such as coordinating survey material distribution and collection.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and handle enquiries and complaints across multiple systems, providing appropriate solutions.
- Handle all enquiries according to company policies regarding outcomes, resolution times, and communication standards.
- Complete panel building activities aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- Desirable: 1 year of experience in healthcare market research fieldwork recruitment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar in both languages.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
- Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
- Interest or previous exposure to healthcare space.
- Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to improve and troubleshoot proactively.
- Ability to work independently and in teams to meet objectives.
- Self-motivated with good task prioritization.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Adherence to work processes and quality standards.
