This role involves overseeing marketing and communication operations in the Export zone and developing regional strategies. Job Description

First 6 months: operational support

  • Oversee MARCOM activities in the Export zone
  • Develop and monitor marketing/communication plans for the zone
  • Implement MARCOM initiatives (multi-channel communication, events, etc.)
  • Monitoring and approving communication materials in line with the HM.CLAUSE brand identity (brochures, catalogs, advertisements, events, visuals)
  • Management and support of a MARCOM Specialist
  • Overseeing the country's MARCOM strategy and monitoring the rollout of local campaigns
  • Leading and supporting change
  • Budget monitoring
  • Follow-up meetings with the local sales team
  • Support and deployment of regional campaigns (Foodchain)
  • Alignment with various stakeholders
  • Coordinate events, service providers, content, and message adaptation
  • Define, measure, and analyze KPIs
Next 12 months: strategic development

In addition to the above tasks

  • Collaborate with the EMEA MARCOM Manager to jointly develop the region's marketing/communications strategy
  • Understand business objectives
  • Translate business objectives into annual MARCOM plans for the EMEA region
  • Prioritize campaigns
  • Identify targets, messages to be communicated, and communication channels
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments to strengthen the impact of actions.
Function

As part of preparations for a management transition within the Marketing/Communication (MARCOM) department, we are recruiting a MARCOM Coordinator for a period of 18 months.

This Progressive Position Will Consist Of Two Phases
  • An initial period focused on the operational management of the Export division and the remote management of a local MARCOM team,
  • Followed by a second phase focused on developing strategic skills alongside the department manager, with a view to supporting the development of international MARCOM plans.
Required Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and communications in an international environment.
  • Successful initial experience in managing an individual or team (hierarchical or cross-functional).
  • Dual operational and strategic skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), a second language (Italian or Spanish) would be a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage several actions simultaneously.
  • Analytical mind and results-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of marketing automation tools and Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop)
