Qualifications

  • Cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de contrats, de préférence chez des fournisseurs de TIC.
  • Connaissance approfondie des termes et clauses de contrat.
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à fournir des solutions sur mesure.

Job Title : Contract Commercial Manager

Job Location : Paris France

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage operations across commercial models clauses risks and competition related to customers.
  • Design commercial solutions respond to bids and draft contracts.
  • Lead sales contract negotiations develop and implement negotiation strategies and build relationships with medium / senior-level customer managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with the sales team offering proactive commercial and contractual guidance.
  • Participate in contract reviews and support decision-making on complex projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Delivery Finance Legal) to identify risks develop mitigation plans in the pre-sales phase and manage risks and disputes during the post-contract phase.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes in project operations and optimize them to meet business and internal control requirements.
  • Track analyze and manage contract conditions and obligations ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for change during the contract lifecycle.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree or higher in international trade law accounting or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Five years of contract management experience preferably in ICT vendors or the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract terms and clauses including payment terms taxation business models currency risk control guarantees penalties liabilities project milestones warranties and intellectual property rights (IPR).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability capable of working under pressure learning quickly and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Dynamic and adaptable with the ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient with office software and digital tools.
