The successful candidate will handle various commercial agreements across the Europe and North Africa regions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating legal documents, providing legal advice, and conducting research. Candidates must have a law degree and 4+ years of experience in a legal setting. Qualifications

• At least 4+ years legal commercial experience at a reputable law firm and/or comparable in-house legal department experience.
• Good understanding of business law and hospitality sector.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive and independent handling of tasks and cases from the entire field of commercial law in ENA.
• Provide legal advice to various internal departments.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist with developing template agreements and training.
• Monitor legislative changes and communicate as appropriate.
• Conduct legal research.
