• Operate a Doosan DNM 5700S machining center with a Fanuc controller.

• Participate in machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness.

Our client, a company specialized in the manufacturing sector, optimizes its partners' installations with innovative, high-value-added systems. They are currently looking for a CNC Machine Operator for a 7-month replacement to join their team on the South Shore of Montreal.

Tasks

• Operate a Doosan DNM 5700S machining center with a Fanuc controller.
• Analyze and understand manufacturing plans, then select the appropriate programs.
• Set up the machine before production starts and install the required tools.
• Prepare parts for machining, perform assemblies, and establish the zero point.
• Verify and measure the conformity of produced parts according to the plans before placing them on the inspection table.
• Monitor the progress of machining steps and the condition of the machine.
• Participate in active management meetings and provide feedback when necessary.
• Report any discrepancies on the drawings to the supervisor, who will create an IRIS ticket to implement corrections.
• Make necessary adjustments on the machine (speed, zero point, etc.).
• Participate in machine maintenance and ensure it remains clean.
• Perform any other related tasks.
