A leading digital transformation company is seeking a Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and grow their IT consulting services, especially in cloud solutions. This role involves significant responsibility in managing sales efforts and client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of cloud solutions. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with 5 years in Sales/Business Development at a technology consulting company.
  • Proven track record in new logo acquisition and managing revenue streams.
  • Good cloud and infrastructure awareness.

Responsabilités

  • Own the sales and new client acquisition effort in defined markets.
  • Identify opportunities and present capabilities to prospects.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies for new opportunities.
  • Act as a coach to CXO’s in strategy development.
  • Stay updated on market competition and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing models.

ThisrolewillbepartofateamofSalesDirectorswhoaredrivinggrowthwithalargefocusinnewlogoacquisitionsinNorthAmerica.Youwillleadandinfluencecustomerstobuild,shapeandgrowtheirITconsultingandoutsourcingfootprint,includingtheirentiredigitaltransformationtothecloud.

Thepositionisthatofanindividualcontributorandwillbesupportedwithapre-salesteam.

  • Identifyopportunities,presentcapabilitiesandgaincommitmentfromprospectsleadingtocurrentandfuturerevenue.
  • Analyzemarkettrends,implicationsanddevelopstrategiestoparticipateinresultantopportunities.
  • ActasacoachandpartnertoCXO’sinhelpingthemdevelopstrategiesleveragingglobalsourcingandestablishAtosasathoughleaderandpreferredpartnertotheirorganizations.
  • Staytunedtomarketandcompetition,participateintradeevents,conferences,customerforumsandprovideinputstothepracticeteamstowardsdevelopingcontextualofferingsthatwillhelpdifferentiateAtosinthemarketplace.
  • Dealandcontractmanagement;developandnegotiatecontracts;andpricingmodels.
  • Meetandexceedsalesrevenueandfuturerevenuetargets.
Requirements
  • 10+yearsofexperiencewith5yearsofSales/BusinessDevelopmentinatechnologyconsultingcompany.
  • ProventrackrecordinnewlogoacquisitionandgrowingtheITconsultingfootprintwhilemanagingrevenuestreams.
  • Needtohavegoodcloudandinfrastructureawareness,somehyperscalerfocusedexpertise(anyofthebigthree)andapriorhistoryofsellingintothatspace. Industryexperiencehelps,alongwithastrongsetofgeographiccustomers(tolimitthetravel).
  • Cloudsales:PreferencearoundsellingcloudsolutionsfromthehyperscalersAWS,AzureorGoogleCloud
  • Specificsolutions:cloudprojects;data;cloudtransformation,dataservicesandAI(couldbeaplus)
  • Huntingtypeofprofile–tobeabletoopennewaccountsandlogos;Enableconversationwithcustomersfordataprojects,transformations.
