In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, helping them strengthen their cybersecurity posture through effective adoption and continuous use of advanced security validation solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure long‑term satisfaction by aligning technical capabilities with strategic goals. Working cross‑functionally, you will translate customer needs into actionable strategies, mitigate risks, and support ongoing maturity in security validation programs. Accountabilities
- Lead post‑sales relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realization.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, offering strategic guidance and best practices to strengthen security programs.
- Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes by collaborating with technical and operational teams.
- Identify risks to client success and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
- Conduct customer business reviews and present insights that demonstrate ROI and program maturity.
- Deeply understand each client’s security workflows, objectives, and operational maturity.
- Support renewals and expansions by fostering long‑term satisfaction and strategic engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in areas such as security control validation, detection engineering, SOC operations, red teaming, adversary emulation, continuous security validation, incident response, exposure management, or risk and compliance.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and validation methodologies.
- Proven success in customer‑facing roles such as customer success, technical account management, or consulting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- High empathy, strong relationship‑building skills, and a genuine passion for customer success.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience with security validation platforms, breach and attack simulation, or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls is preferred.
- Background in SaaS or cybersecurity environments is an advantage.
