Are you a technology leader ready to shape the future of Aerospace, Space, and Defence systems on a global scale?

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and drive the technology and innovation strategy for our Aerospace & Space Business Unit, delivering mission-critical solutions across advanced communications, Space & Defence Systems (SDS), and precision clock & signal technologies.

The Opportunity

As CTO, you will act as the voice of technology at executive level, leading international R&D and systems engineering teams across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and India. You’ll align cutting‑edge technology development with business growth, margin expansion, and long‑term strategic objectives—turning innovation into competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the long‑term technology vision and product roadmap
• Lead global R&D, Systems Engineering, and Project Management teams (20+ engineers)
• Drive system‑level architecture and integration for complex clock, timing, RF, and signal‑processing solutions
• Translate customer requirements (RFPs, RFQs, SOWs) into robust, compliant, and competitive technical solutions
• Partner with Business Development on pre‑sales and strategic bids
• Govern product lifecycles from concept to production and end‑of‑life
• Represent the business at key customer engagements and international industry forums

What You’ll Bring

• Proven senior technology leadership experience in Aerospace, Space or Defence
• Strong track record delivering complex, high‑reliability RF systems
• Deep expertise in frequency control, timing, RF/microwave, or signal processing (preferred)
• Experience managing global teams, multi‑site R&D, and $20M+ product portfolios
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation, risk, cost, and ROI
• Excellent communication skills in international, multi‑cultural environments
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
