Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have / be :

• Greater than eight (8) years in risk management or equivalent experience with relevant work history in a multinational industrial sector, preferably with a Tier One Automotive Industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Legal or related field (Master’s degree preferred) and / or internationally recognized professional certifications related to Risk Management
• Proven knowledge of risk management techniques and of applicable regulatory frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
• Strong leadership and track record of performance in project management and working with large, diverse organizations in risk project management activities
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking; Ability to communicate complex issues both verbally and in writing; able to liaise and influence at all levels and across different areas of business;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, acumen and professional presence and ability to present in Boardroom settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and effective working relationships.
• Fluency in English and French (preferred).
