As a Chief People Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Designing programs to attract and retain talent and enhance employee engagement
• Aligning HR plans with business objectives
• Partnering with the Executive Team on human resource planning, organizational design, leadership development, and setting key performance indicators
• Providing guidance and coaching to managers; identifying and resolving people issues to improve retention and engagement
• Ensuring all HR policies and procedures reflect our culture and values
• Managing risk and compliance activities, including safety, liability, and employment matters, and participating in COMSEC and ISMS improvements

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 10+ years of experience leading a people function
• Proven strategic planning skills with the ability to translate strategies into action
• Exceptional people management, relationship building, and emotional intelligence skills
• Extensive risk management experience, including overseeing legal matters and participating in Management Reviews and ISMS improvements
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication skills (verbal and written)
• Multicultural competence with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment managing complex projects and priorities
• Change management experience; turnaround experience is a plus
• Master's degree in Human Resources preferred
