A leading fintech company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and drive strategic initiatives from their Paris office. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting, along with strong analytical and presentation skills. This role involves turning ambiguous priorities into clear action items, coordinating across various teams, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French, with travel flexibility between Paris and Copenhagen required.
