Job Description:

Eiffage Route contributes to improving the French network, from municipal roads to highways, involving design, construction, and maintenance. An expert in urban planning, Eiffage Route also participates in port, airport, industrial, and commercial projects.

MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, coordinating with the Works Supervisor and various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and commitments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team management: onboarding employees, verifying authorizations, presenting site challenges, organizing work, supporting professional development, and enforcing best practices.
• Building site preparation and installation: ensuring documentation, defining and reviewing construction works, establishing schedules and procedures, communicating procedures, managing supplies, and supervising site setup.
• Monitoring construction: supervising setup, tracking progress, performing technical checks, analyzing deviations, drafting reports, and maintaining equipment.
• Building site handover: ensuring completion, organizing withdrawal, participating in handover, and collecting as-built data.
• Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: enforcing safety guidelines, reporting, ensuring quality, and managing environmental measures.

Specific Activities

Includes pipe works, trenching, demolition, rail works, earthworks, roadworks, asphalt laying, and coatings, with specific responsibilities and safety standards for each.

Job Requirements

• Significant experience as a Team Leader.
• Authorizations: BR-B2V electrics, M2 mechanics, AIPR, safety training, asbestos supervision.
• Reporting line: Works Supervisor; internal and external relations detailed.

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation / Expérience :

Higher education (Bac+2 minimum, BTS TP, DUT in TP) with 5+ years of experience or confirmed main works supervisor with over 5 years of successful experience. Proficient with Office and site tracking tools.

This position is based in Migennes with daily travel in Yonne, available immediately for a CDI contract.

Compétences:

Good communicator, pedagogical, methodical, self-controlled, responsible. B driving license required.
