Avec une formation technique spécialisée et au moins 5 ans d'expérience, le candidat idéal devra assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité tout en gérant une équipe dynamique. Des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires en fonction de la charge de travail.

We are looking for our future:

Under the responsibility of the Construction Center Manager and in close collaboration with the Project Manager, you will coordinate HVAC projects for which you are responsible.

Your mission will include:

• Ensuring the proper execution of works respecting hygiene, health, safety, quality, and deadlines
• Preparing, organizing, coordinating, and managing human and material resources
• Participating in and supervising the execution staff or team leaders in installation works
• Organizing subcontractor interventions
• Ensuring proper supply of materials
• Participating in site meetings and managing local client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and labor legislation
• Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions
• Adhering to schedules and deadlines
• Identifying additional work to develop turnover
• Ensuring contractual commitments are met with quality service
• Supporting teams as needed based on project size

Travel may be required depending on workload and activity.

You have specialized technical training in HVAC engineering and at least 5 years of experience managing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects.

You must have a strong understanding of installation techniques, plan reading, and current industry standards.

A valid driver's license (B) is mandatory.

Adaptability, organizational skills, and availability are essential for success in this role, which also requires strong team management skills.
