A fast-growing beverage company is seeking a Channel Sales Manager in France. The ideal candidate will lead the partner ecosystem, building and training resellers, while driving strategic partnerships and market growth. They should have over 5 years in Channel Sales, speak fluent French and English, and possess a proactive mindset. This remote role offers a competitive salary of 70k - 90k plus bonuses and equity opportunities, contributing to an international growth adventure.

Since launching our flagship system Aquablu REFILL in 2023, we’ve grown 300%+ year-over-year, expanded to 16 countries, and were named the 2nd Fastest Growing Company of the Netherlands (Deloitte Fast 50). Now, we’re ready to take that growth to the next level, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the charge in France.
Simple: you’ll be the one who builds and leads our local partner ecosystem from scratch. You’ll activate new dealers, grow existing accounts, and steer regional strategy through data and market insights. It’s a role for someone who’s equal parts operator, hunter and strategist. This isn’t about maintaining. It’s about growing something that doesn’t exist yet and owning every step of the way. You’ll report to our Channel Sales Director but also work closely with Channel Sales Managers across Europe, and become the face of Aquablu in France.
This role is remote, based in France.
You’ll be part of a young, ambitious and fast‑growing team that’s changing how people hydrate – and you’ll step in at exactly the right time to shape our success in one of our key markets.
