A leading global mining and metallurgy company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CFO who will serve as a strategic partner across finance and operations. This role entails supporting the CFO in driving the company's financial agenda, coordinating key financial processes, and leading major cross-functional projects. Candidates must have a strong background in finance, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, and possess fluency in both English and French. This position is based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, banking, or corporate finance functions.
• Experience in a listed corporate environment is a strong asset.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and remove obstacles.

Responsabilités

• Support CFO in driving the financial, strategic and operational agenda of the Group.
• Coordinate the Finance Leadership Team, prepare agendas and secure alignment across Finance functions.
• Lead major cross-functional projects linked to performance improvement and financial transformation.
