We are looking for an IT and Data Senior Finance Manager to join our IT and Data Finance team in Global Finance function. The position is based in Paris. In this position, you will report to IT and Data Finance Director.

IT and Data Finance is managing end to end Controlling activities for IT and Data Function worldwide, overseeing around €1b EUR investment, partnering with the CIO and the IT and Data Board to maximise the value for the Company.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• IT and Data business partner focusing on Europe:
  • Act as Finance business partner for senior stakeholders in the Europe IT and Data and Finance Team
  • Support IT and Data Europe team during budget planning and execution cycle in line with Company targets
  • Facilitate alignment between IT and Data Europe and Finance Europe teams about the IT and Data costs in Europe CBUs (country business units), both local and central
• Lead Financial governance and animation for top IT and Data programs:
  • Ensure financial information ownership
  • Grant cost and value tracking and animation in line with Company priorities and COMEX approval
  • Deliver financial inputs for budget planning and execution cycle in full alignment with IT and Data relevant Board members (Function and Zone)
• Controlling of IT and Data transformative programs:
  • Provide reporting of financial result of transformational programs with focus on value delivery to business
  • Develop a dashboard for quarterly communication to COMEX of efficiencies from IT and Data transformative programs and their reinvestment into digital transformation
  • Legacy decommissioning analysis and execution follow up with animation to Company top management

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered:

• You have over 12 years of experience in finance controlling, FP&A or diverse Finance roles
• A previous experience in IT Finance or operation finance would be appreciated, such as an experience in FMCG
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and are able to align on Company and Functional objectives with senior stakeholders
• You\'re able to develop strong collaboration with the team to assure full alignment with the other Senior Managers
