Une entreprise de beauté internationale à Neuilly-sur-Seine recherche un(e) Manager Transversal pour établir et animer la gouvernance globale des services d'entreprise. Le poste nécessite une expérience significative en gestion de projets et une forte capacité à travailler avec des équipes transversales dans un environnement dynamique. Les candidats doivent avoir d'excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils technologiques liés à la finance et à la gestion des approvisionnements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-15 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou portefeuille.

In a fast-growing environment, the number of initiatives requiring Tech are booming. Sephora wants to capitalize on an experienced transversal manager to support the set-up and animation of Global Governance on Enterprise Services (ES). This intends to pilot the portfolio of demands for global initiatives by setting up Best Practices of demand management, initiatives preparation and business partnering.

Enterprise Systems encompasses solutions for Finance, Supply chain, MDM, Retail operations, Offer/Merchandising and HR. The job will focus first on Finance, Indirect Procurement & Legal and will be bridging Tech and Business functions. The current scope is wide: SAP ECC, S4, Anaplan, all EPM, Indirect Procurement extend to all technologies related to Analysis in the functional scope: GCP Data Platform & its suite, Power BI…

As Finance & Procurement function is accelerating its transformation, this role is key to transform the Business stakes into a workable roadmap, then programs. It will support the organization of subjects with both Business counterparts and all Tech teams ensuring the right set-up for the delivery of Value.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

  • Define the Global Tech strategies for functions in your scope:
    • Partner with different functions (Finance, Procurement and Legal) at global & regional level with GBPO, Project portfolio managers and C-levels to understand initiatives content & stakes
    • Animate regular review with C-levels to validate orientations, arbitrate on priorities, scope, budget, timing, resources, prepare Budget and Strat Plan reviews.
    • Influence the roadmap by leveraging market trends, benchmarks, your network and LVMH CoE
    • Promote the maximum use & re-use of our Global Platform (SAP, Anaplan, GCP…)
  • Transform the strategies into comprehensive roadmaps, programs and projects:
    • Provide inputs to projects ideation and demands delivery, ensure completeness of discovery phase
    • Initiate the definition of project charter and business case when required to move from idea to project.
    • Implement the governance for their portfolio of projects with Tech components, to ensure defining and reaching stakeholder commitments
    • Manage as required external resources to support the scoping of external resources
    • Coordinate with our colleagues from Global ES, Regional ES and Enterprise Architecture to ensure appropriate scoping, opportunity analysis, and design of solutions and planning
  • Define the value expected:
    • Follow-up roadmap to ensure Value defined in the early stage, is delivered, supporting arbitration processes, escalation and difficulties resolution
    • Ensure the value expected from large initiatives is brought and is increasing over time by ensuring the appropriate practices have been set during the program (change management, risk management, governance, …) as well as target operating model including Key user community is implemented. (sizing of teams, tools to support them, Roles & responsibilities, …)
  • As a senior BRM, lead the continuous improvement in the governance processes:
    • Lead the adjustments of processes, instances and tools to consolidate over time the role of governance in the efficiency of decision making in portfolio of projects
    • Communicate KPIs for governance performance, proposing actions to continuously improve it

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate a true sense of service while knowing how to challenge and negotiate. The appropriation and understanding of business processes will be essential in order to bring value to your customers in terms of managing their activity, whether at the operational level, in terms of simulations or from a performance point of view.

You require the following skills :

  • You have a higher education diploma in Information Systems / Business School or equivalent
  • You have at least 10-15 years of professional experience as a Project Portfolio, Senior Project Manager BRM, Business Partner / Consulting / Pre-sales, ideally in the field of finance. Your knowledge about Retail stakes is a plus.
  • You have proven experience in cross-functional management, project portfolio management and project management.
  • You are at ease with Enterprise Architecture concept and the management of solutions from design to delivery
  • You are familiar with ERP, EPM, Procurement, Data platform concept
  • You know how to put technology at the service of business.
  • You are fluent in English (written and verbally), French is a plus.
