A technology solutions provider is seeking a Business Process Consultant with a manufacturing and supply chain background, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. This remote role involves driving operational excellence, process design, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in process management. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential for engaging stakeholders effectively.

Description du poste

I am currently looking for a Business Process Consultant with a manufacturing / supply chain background, ideally with Pharmaceutical experience.

Start:

January 2026

12 months contract

Onsite / Remote:

Remote with rare travel within EU (twice a year)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence across EM&S by standardising, documenting, and continuously improving business processes.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end process documentation, including process maps, GOPs, and work instructions, using industry-standard methods.
  • Establish process governance frameworks and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to implement and harmonize global process standards.
  • Lead process harmonisation, bench marking, and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and KPI-based performance monitoring.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, deliver training, and build organisational capability.
  • Act as a change agent by engaging stakeholders and managing resistance to process changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement standardised processes in a global environment
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools and documentation software (, QualiPSO or similar procedure writing / storage tools)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels
