Want to be part of a global organization that values teamwork and collaboration? We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive local partnerships and grow Semir's presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with the company's overseas market strategy. Analyze overseas market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research in target regions, analyze industry trends and competitor activities, and provide data support for formulating the company's franchise entry and development strategy.
- Franchisee and Distributor Recruitment: Utilizing current network and new contacts, identify potential franchisees and distributors, promote the company's overseas market expansion strategy through multi-channel from both offline and online (such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings, trade fairs / exhibitions, etc.), and achieve business development goal.
- Business Negotiation & Contract Signing: Responsible for negotiating with prospective franchisees, clarifying rights and obligations for both parties, signing franchise cooperation agreements, and ensuring contract terms are executed.
- Franchisee Relationship Management: Continuously monitor franchisee operations, provide regular business guidance and training, resolve operational issues faced by franchisees, and maintain positive cooperative relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve franchise business targets according to the company's annual plan, driving growth in both the number and quality of franchise outlets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail industry, including at least 3 years specifically managing overseas channel teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem, including distribution channel platforms. Proven track record of exceeding store opening and sales targets in overseas markets within Fashion & Clothing Industry.
- Preferable experience in Business development of a multi-site business across multiple European countries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Understand the needs of overseas markets, actively expand new channels, and develop business growth plans; identify potential problems, risks, and drive deals to execution.
- English or Chinese is the primary language for communicate with headquarters. Proficiency in other languages (French, Spanish or Italian) is an advantage.
