Business Consultant

The job is located in Paris within the new French Business Unit, with constant contact with the Netherlands team and the possibility of working remotely (0 to 100%).

Our Customer Success team is the link between the customer, third parties, and the other departments of Maxxton. As the first point of contact, the Customer Success team is responsible for the correct coordination and handling of customer questions about our system.

Your mission

The job position is located in Paris within the new French Business Unit, with constant contact with the Netherlands and Indian teams and the possibility to work remotely. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the Maxxton software roll-out and support for the French clients :

• Identify business processes and appropriate change strategies with the clients and transform these into our technical solutions
• Manage the deployment of Maxxton Software in the IT ecosystem of the client
• Prepare and deploy change management plans at the clients’ headquarters and holiday parks
• Measure the success and initiate corrective actions if necessary
• Provide client support by handling JIRA incoming tickets related to support notifications
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to help customers find an answer and / or solution

Requirements and Skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and French
• Be able to absorb information quickly and effectively and have a business / process focus
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Be independent and resilient, happy with constant challenges
• Be able to travel occasionally to our Dutch HQ (Middelburg) and to our French clients’ offices and holiday parks
