Job Title: BESS Sales Manager

Job Location: Paris, France

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ESS Sales Manager to develop our energy storage business on a large scale. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and building strategic relationships with key players in the industry (utilities, developers, aggregators, etc.).

  • Develop new business opportunities in the large-scale energy storage (SSE) sector through active prospecting, networking and lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major energy companies, project developers and aggregators.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to conclusion of contracts, ensuring a rigorous follow-up of business opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales activities with the European and World Headquarters to ensure a coherent and effective strategy.
  • Perform in-depth market analysis (competitive intelligence, trends, SSE regulations) in order to anticipate developments in the sector.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (preferably in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or technical position, ideally in the sale of integrated BESS solutions to project developers.
  • Excellent knowledge of energy storage technologies, particularly lithium-ion batteries, and their specificities and advantages.
  • Good understanding of French network code and its impact on energy storage projects.
  • Experience with or knowledge of the aggregator sector and their role in the energy market.
