We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Benefits Project Manager to lead the regional implementation of our global Total Reward Platform. This role will be instrumental in coordinating with country HR teams across Europe & APAC, ensuring seamless deployment of the platform, and delivering a modern, digitized total reward experience for our colleagues across Europe & APAC.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, benefits and regional HR knowledge, and a passion for delivering strategic HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Coordination: Lead the regional implementation of the Total Reward Platform, including retirement plans, health and welfare programs, insurance protection policies, perks, and allowances, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary regional point of contact between the Global Center of Excellence, country HR teams, external benefit vendors, IT, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
  • Planning & Execution: Oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress and manage risks to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.
  • Change Management: Support global and country change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies to maximize platform utilization.
  • Requirements Gathering: Liaise with country HR teams and external benefit vendors to understand specific policy and reward needs and incorporate as relevant into rollout plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Support testing, gathering feedback, and ensuring that the platform meets regional and organizational standards before full deployment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates, status reports, and documentation to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing HR or benefits‑related technology projects, preferably within multinational organizations. The successful candidate will actively resolve issues, source data and perform critical tasks in addition to overseeing project milestones.
  • Understanding of total rewards, employee benefits, and HR policies and linkage to financial processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies.
  • Proactive problem‑solving and direct engagement are essential to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms or benefits systems is an advantage.
