A leading hospitality company in France is seeking a manager to oversee the Sourdough Café and other outlets. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in food & beverage operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities include financial review, staff training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role demands a detail-oriented and dynamic leader committed to enhancing guest experiences.
Summary: Directs, administers and coordinates all activities of the Sourdough Café, PT’s Express, Bars and Banquets. Supervises assigned staff in accordance with the departmental table of organization and works with interdepartmental personnel and venue managers to ensure the operational effectiveness of the outlets involving profitability, hours of operation, performance standards and guest dining experiences.
