Responsabilités

  • Directs the activities of the Sourdough Café and other outlets.
  • Reviews department financial reports and prepares variance reports.
  • Trains staff to improve guest service standards.
  • Ensures health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.

Description:

Summary: Directs, administers and coordinates all activities of the Sourdough Café, PT’s Express, Bars and Banquets. Supervises assigned staff in accordance with the departmental table of organization and works with interdepartmental personnel and venue managers to ensure the operational effectiveness of the outlets involving profitability, hours of operation, performance standards and guest dining experiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews and researches all department financial reports, including reviewing the monthly profit and loss statements, and prepares the P&L variance report
  • Consistently emphasizes staff training to increase guest service standards
  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures and provides methods to improve efficiency and service
  • Formulates training outlines as needed for job standards to ensure all employees understand and have the skills to provide quality internal and external guest service
  • Emphasizes developing and training program for management staff
  • Ensures management staff follows guidelines as dictated by department policies and procedures
  • Ensures employee schedules are appropriate for the business volume
  • Ensures that the restaurants are clean, organized and properly functioning and that restaurant equipment is maintained
  • Ensures health, safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least four years of related experience in food & beverage operations in a casino environment preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and group presentation, communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals or small groups of people
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel and various property management systems) with strong attention to detail and with the ability to multi-task
  • At least 21
