Ce rôle implique la gestion des activités de gestion des interfaces et des risques, la coordination avec les équipes techniques et la préparation de la documentation de projet. Airswift is currently looking for an Interface & Risk Management engineer to work with our Client O&G Operator.

Starting date: ASAP

• Duration: 12 months
• Renewable: Yes
• Location: France / Paris

Status (residential): Residential

MISSION:

The service holder will be in charge of all the UFR Interface & Risk Management activities linked to Suriname GPI (‘’Groupe Projet Interne’’).

Tasks to be performed:

1. General:
   • Report to Subsea Manager for all Interface and Risk Management activities for UFR package.
   • Manage small technical studies/activities with contractors (from scope of work definition to execution) ensuring progress reporting and technical objectives and delivery to required schedule is achieved e.g., welding prequalification activities.
   • Support Technical Team for follow-up and review of technical elements related to the UFR FEED, dependent on incumbent skill set and workload of other UFR Team members.
   • Prepare Project documentation and reports.
   • Assist Subsea Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
2. Interfaces and Risk Management:
   • Be the focal point for UFR technical Interfaces and Risk Management activities and processes.
   • Lead the implementation and coordination of the Project Interface and Risk Management processes within the UFR Package.
   • Ensure identification, validation, and resolution of detailed Interface issues in conjunction with managers/senior discipline engineers (including HQ SME).
   • Ensure appropriate identification of Risks/Opportunities and follow-up of the associated mitigation plans.
   • Interact directly with the Project Interface Manager for follow-up of UFR interfaces.
   • Monitor and liaise directly with contractors for technical Interface and Risk Management matters during execution of the UFR contract.
   • Provide active reporting to the UFR Package Manager and the GPI/Project Interface and Risk Manager.
3. HSSE:
   • Ensure that work activities are performed in compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements.
   • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSSE and implementation of HSSE rules and requirements.
   • Ensure that HSSE issues are correctly addressed within the work.
   • Ensure that safe working practices are applied at all times during all phases of the work.
4. Quality:
   • Ensure that work activities are performed in compliance with high Quality Assurance standards.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualification: Very good experience in Oil & Gas Documentation Control management.
• Languages: English and French.
• Professional Experience: At least 10 years.
• Experience within the project: At least 5 years.
• Excel: Skillful.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:

The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI/Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, schedule, reducing costs and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, while maintaining technical quality with high HSSE requirements.
