Responsabilités

• Be the first and main point of reference for dealers after contract signing.
• Support customers in defining their digital strategy.
• Engage with clients at all levels as the lead for client engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales on pilot customers, renewals, and expansion.
• Evaluate dealer performance on the website and usage of features.
• Propose lead generating campaigns based on best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and updates.
• Share insights into industry best practices.
