As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer relationships in Converse stores through excellent customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow.

Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers.

Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets.

Practice consistent, excellent customer service through storytelling.

Perform operational and merchandising standards consistently.

Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities.

Ensure a basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Support high standards around store cleanliness and safety.

Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications - External

1-2 years of retail experience

Ability to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, retrieving, merchandising, and unloading shipments.

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with employees and customers.

Basic retail math skills and computer literacy.
