This role will drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process design and discipline including Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), and champion continuous improvement initiatives with the International Allergan Aesthetics organization. As a fundamental cross‑functional integrated planning process, S&OP aligns demand and supply, playing a crucial role in achieving peak business performance, while S&OE focuses on short‑term execution support. This position requires fostering collaboration and partnership across Global Operations, Commercial and Operations & Commercial Finance teams, thereby strengthening strategic decision‑making capabilities. This role will also be tasked with governing and ensuring S&OP and S&OE process adherence while spearheading transformational changes through detailed documentation and effective implementation to enhance procedural maturity. By instilling a culture of continuous improvement, this role is essential in driving sustainable change to meet and exceed business objectives.
