Activities & Responsibilities

Gruner Stucky seeks a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the development and growth of the Italian Department. This role offers an international environment with daily interaction with offices in Switzerland and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily department management and organizational needs: internal communication, fees and expenses, correspondence and PEC, procurement of goods and services; active and passive invoicing; creation/maintenance of internal databases, Quality Management System, etc.
  • Interact with corporate staff functions (HR, Finance, Communication, etc.).
  • Organise and prepare meetings and events: presentations, minutes of meeting, etc.
  • Organise business trips: booking, visas, etc. in collaboration with head office.
Requirements profile
  • High school diploma with a focus on Accounting or Languages (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Full fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Strong command of MS365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use specific internal tools (e.g., invoicing, project control, accounting software).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, discretion, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivation to grow within a dynamic and evolving company.
