YOUR MISSION

Vous participez activement au traitement des divers flux financiers générés par notre activité. Vous serez amené à interagir au sein dACS avec des employés de divers services.

English : You will support overall accounting activities within the finance department ensuring legal compliance operational efficiency and proper documentation.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

FR :

• Comptabilité Fournisseurs :
  Saisir tous types de dépenses (Services / biens domestic / Européen / Export Opex / Capex)
  Préparer les campagnes de paiements
  Mettre à jour / réconcilier les comptes fournisseurs
  Support pour le prévisionnel trésorerie
• Comptabilité Clients :
  Editer les factures clients
  Mettre à jour / réconcilier les comptes clients
  Suivi des règlements clients
• Banque :
  Saisie de la banque (CACIB Airbus Cashpool)
  Lettrer les comptes de suspense
• Note de frais des employés :
  Assister les employés dans lutilisation de l'outil Concur
  Traiter les demandes de remboursement en adéquation avec la politique de déplacement professionnel de la société
  Saisir les notes de frais via Concur et AMEX
• Fournir les cartes Corporate :
  En fonction des ressources de la charge de travail le candidat pourrait être amené :
  Assister sur des tâches de clôture mensuelle
  Assister sur des tâches fiscales
  Assister sur du reporting (excel PPT)
  Diverses analyses (LLI Capex FX...)

Collaboration / interface :
Travailler avec les membres de léquipe comptabilité / contrôle de gestion celle des achats et les clients ainsi quavec les fournisseurs pour collecter les informations nécessaires et appliquer les meilleures pratiques.

• Manage the AP perimeter :
  Record various types of expenses (Services / Goods Domestic / European / Export OPEX / CAPEX)
  Prepare payments (External IntraGroup multicurrencies)
  Maintain ledger up to date
  Assist on Cash Out forecast
• Manage the AR perimeter :
  Raise bill to the customer
  Keep AR ledger up to date (match payment)
  Chase customer when required.
• Bank :
  Bank input (CACIB Airbus cashpool)
  Match suspense account for each closing
• Handle employee travel expenses :
  Assist employee on creating expenses (knowledge of concur tool)
  Treat expenses reimbursement on timely basis
  Amex & Concur expenses input in SAP
• Procure corporate card to employees :
  Depending on resources and workload you may be requested working on :
  Month end tasks
  Various Taxes requirements
  Reporting
  Analysis (LLI FX Capex)

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work collaboratively with Accounting / controlling team members procurement officers and internal clients suppliers to collect necessary information and apply best practices.

• Rigueur / Esprit de gestion de projet : Grand souci du détail précision et bonnes capacités dorganisation.
• Travail en équipe : Aptitude démontrée à travailler efficacement au sein dune équipe pluridisciplinaire.
• Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Outils numériques : Connaissance des ERP idéalement SAP

English :

• Currently pursuing a DCG / DSCG (Bac 4 / 5) in Accounting
• Technical Skills : Strong accounting knowledge required on order to apply the best accounting practises
• Communication : Written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Detail-Oriented / Project Management mindset : High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
• Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Tools : ERP knowledge is critical and SAP experience is a plus
