Description du poste

In the Renault Group's Purchasing Department, you will join the Renault Group's IS / IT purchasing department in a stimulating and challenging environment.

We are looking for a buyer with strong experience in software purchasing. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, team-working ability, and a strong focus on results.

The role is a permanent contract and will be located at the Technocentre, Guyancourt (78), Parisian region. You will have 2 days of remote work.

Main responsibilities:

1. Sourcing
   • Performing and monitoring consultation processes (RFI / RFP) for your own perimeter in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders.
2. Analyze stakeholder needs
   • Sending RFI / RFP
   • Collecting and analyzing commercial offers
   • Negotiating with potential suppliers
   • Preparing documentation for supplier selection
   • Ensuring compliance with the Alliance Procurement Process
   • Coordinating with Legal Department and stakeholders on key contractual terms (GDPR, SLA, Security Appendix, etc.)
   • Archiving all consultation documents, including contracts, in our database
   • Managing contracts within your perimeter
3. Purchasing Performance / Reporting
   • Contributing to the purchasing performance of your team and the Purchasing Department
   • Challenging suppliers to reduce costs
   • Reporting on the commercial performance of your perimeter to management
   • Conducting regular performance reviews with suppliers and management
4. Supplier Relations
   • Maintaining good and sustainable relationships with suppliers
   • Negotiating fairly and promoting Renault's image
   • Respecting Renault Procurement Group's Ethics Code

Skills required:

• Master's degree, engineering diploma, or equivalent
• 6 years of experience in software purchasing
• Strong knowledge of IS / IT applications
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel mandatory), PowerPoint, Word
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Open-minded, autonomous, with good communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
