We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric Account Manager to join our Sales team in France.
In this role, you will be responsible for retention, expansion, and cloud migration initiatives across a defined portfolio of Mid-Market existing customers .
You will partner closely with Finance and C-level stakeholders to ensure they extract maximum value from Board’s platform while progressively adopting more of our SaaS solutions. Your mission is to secure renewals, unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and guide customers toward cloud transformation—ultimately maximizing recurring revenue and customer lifetime value.
