Account Manager - DotYeti
Important Note: This position requires mid‑shift hours (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM West Africa Time).
We’re looking for a proactive and client‑focused Account Manager to help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients and ensure smooth collaboration with our creative team. You'll play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end client experience, making sure expectations are aligned, communication is clear, and the final outputs exceed expectations.
What you’ll do:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences while keeping them informed throughout the creative process.
- Production Coordination: Oversee the full client‑production cycle from onboarding to after‑sales support and ensure all deliverables are on time and aligned with client expectations.
- After‑Sales Support: Provide professional post‑project assistance (e.g., revisions, design requests, and follow‑ups) to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, protecting and nurturing the client‑company relationship.
- Team Alignment: Act as the bridge between clients and creatives, assigning the right team members to projects and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Negotiation & Strategy: Handle agreements and requests with both the client and production team with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
- Has proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communicator and relationship‑builder with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knows how to manage multiple priorities with excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Google Workspace (G Suite) tools.
- Has a basic understanding of market research and negotiation principles.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about client success.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
