Description du poste

• Lower the technical overhead for squads / pods
• Prove the value of new standards through PoC, then deploy them!
• Support and assist all teams when needed
• Build various tools across multiple environments (CLI, libraries, IaC, workflows)
• Work on initiatives that can make a significant difference
• Create documentation and recommendations for building Cloud Native solutions
• Advocate for the solutions developed

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

Familiarity with most of these points is expected, but not all are mandatory. You will likely work on many of these daily:

• Passion for learning
• Experience with Cloud Providers
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)
• Knowledge of building libraries and tools
• Understanding of complex API systems (network, redundancy, security, logging, etc.)
• Willingness to work in a cross-team environment
• Ability to help and support other teams
• Knowledge of transversal activities (security, optimization, processes) is a plus
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, as we are an international team

Your Background

• 6+ years of experience; if you believe you possess the necessary knowledge, don't hesitate to apply — experience can compensate for formal education
• No degree required, but a Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
• Experience in innovative or disruptive environments
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
