Role: Brand ambassador ensuring a positive shopping experience for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and advice on collections.

- Build strong customer relationships, collect CRM details, and follow up.
- Maintain store standards regarding behavior, stock, and products.
- Stay updated on collections and fashion trends, and promote brand loyalty.
