Job summary
A leading creative production agency is seeking a Senior Creative Artworker fluent in French and English to ensure quality in print and digital marketing assets. The candidate will oversee artwork production, liaise with clients, and manage projects. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in design, especially with print items, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This position can be remote but may require occasional travel to the Madrid office.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative Artworker to join our Creative Production team in Spain. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented design and production specialist who’s fluent in both French and English. You’ll act as a brand guardian, leading the production of print and digital marketing assets, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency for a major global client. Please note the role can be remote but occasional travel to the Madrid office may be required.
- Oversee, create, and edit print‑ready artwork for various media: brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, digital and social assets, and more
- Adapt and version existing designs to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise directly with clients, understanding briefs and delivering to high standards
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering for POS displays
- Perform retouching, colour management, and pre‑press tasks
- Mentor internal stakeholders and uphold creative best practices
- Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Considerable experience as a design and production focused artworker, mainly with print items and renders.
- Extensive experience in loyaly and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats.
- Agency, production agency and trade marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in dealing directly with clients is required.
- In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced 3D rendering skills to create POS items (FSDU, Display, Totems, etc.)
- High level of pre‑press knowledge is a must.
- Video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- General automated artwork production and template building experience.
