As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and messaging platforms.

• Assist customers with order placement, product information, refunds, and troubleshooting.

• Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records in the system.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the support team.
