We’re looking for a Product Design Manager who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution. In this role, design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating impactful solutions that drive user engagement and conversion. This is the first role of its kind in our team, so your impact will be felt from day one. You’ll be joining a design team of 10 people within a high‑growth, performance‑led company, with the opportunity to shape the future of our product experience. Your focus will be on optimizing our acquisition funnel, enhancing conversion rates, leading a small product design sub‑team, and ensuring our product design supports scalable growth. You will report directly to the Senior Design Manager, ensuring strong alignment with the broader design vision and company objectives. You’ll work in a highly iterative environment, collaborating closely with marketing and growth teams to rapidly test, learn, and ship. It’s crucial that you bring an MVP mindset—knowing when “good enough” unblocks learning and when it’s time to slow down and polish.

• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align design initiatives with growth and performance goals.
• Lead and develop a product design sub‑team (2 designers), fostering a collaborative, growth‑minded, and innovative environment.
• Use data and A/B testing insights to inform and iterate on design solutions that maximize conversion and retention.
• Establish scalable design systems and frameworks that support rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Become a strategic partner for the Growth team, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize acquisition funnels and improve key metrics.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows as part of the design process—from ideation and exploration to automation of repetitive tasks and scaling experimentation.
• Manage and scale the product design function to meet growing needs and ensure high‑quality output.

• 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience leading product or UX/UI design teams.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fast‑paced, rapidly scaling companies.
• Proven success in designing and shipping high‑impact features that improve conversion and engagement.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and data‑driven design iteration.
• Hands‑on experience in optimizing user journeys and acquisition funnels.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and growth‑oriented design solutions.
• Experience working in a rapidly iterative product environment, with an MVP mindset—comfortable making trade‑offs, knowing when to ship quickly to learn and when to invest in polish and quality.
• Comfort working in an AI‑driven environment and enthusiasm for using AI tools as part of the design workflow (e.g. for ideation, content generation, automation, or rapid experimentation).
